Fanfire $40 instead of $20 !!!!!!!!

Sorry if this has been talked about but has anyone else had $40 deducted from their Credit card instead of $20 for the membership for previous Prop subscribers.
If so has anyone had success in getting their money back ?

I myself got the same problem. I called them up in order for them to rectify the problem. They took some info down and hopefully they'll fix it. It sucks though. A lot of people in this forum have had this happen to them.

I would send an e-mail to them and call them, just as a preliminary step. They probalby won't fix the problem, so after that you can file your dispute with your card company.

I've had the same problem. Call them up and bitch. I told them that I'm not the only one who has had this problem. I called twice. The second time, the lady was actually blaming me saying I probably put the Prop code in wrong.

Uh I got an invoice that says 20 bucks.

Nothing yet from them so guess I'm going to have to dispute the charge but how that is going to affect the membership I don't know.

Oh, still never received my 25% merchandise coupon.
