I've been addicted to this cd since November, especially to Heavy Metal Drummer!!!

Other favorites that I play all the time when I don't have time to listen to the whole thing (hehe):

*I am trying to break your heart
*Kamera
*Jesus, etc (God, this song is just fuckin' great!)
*I'm the Man that Loves You
*Pot Kettle Black

Ah, great stuff!

This album was a little over hyped for me. I expected a lot more from all the stuff I read.

Dont get me wrong, I like it, but I dont love it. It hasnt won me over yet.

Tiff, I am SO glad you're loving this album. But, then, you have superb taste in music, so I'm not suprised.

Also. You, me and Shannon at a Wilco concert together =

Hey, have you listened to Summerteeth yet? D'ya like it?

And MEEE! But really, you guys wouldn't have a choice in the matter. So it's okay.

I love Yankee Hotel Foxtrot so very much. I think my favorite song might be Poor Places. This week, anyway.

I cannot chose a favorite. I just cant.

And yes Gina i have listened some to Summerteeth. Although i must admit that while it is great, sadly it doesnt hold a candle to YHFT

Jeff Tweedy rocks my socks.

Well, I can't quite agree, but I will share in the Tweedy love.

I seriously don't think I can pick a fave from YHF. i'm awfully fond of I Am Trying To Break Your Heart. And War on War. And I think Jesus etc is one of the most achingly perfect songs I've ever heard. So, yeah, let's leave it at that.

Awwww, thanks! But it is possible that you just *like* YHF better, which would hardly be a crime.

Tweedy, Kotche and O'Rourke just released a album under the band name "Loose Fur."

It's good.

"Pure genius" looks like "penguins" at first glance.
