pasta w/ fresh tomato, garlic & shallots. Garlic toast & salad. Now waiting for the mouths I gotta feed


Here's a good & easy salmon marinade. 3 parts maple syrup, 1 part soy sauce. Mix & marinade as long as you like in fridge. Then grill

well...... it is sweet. I've seen it called indian candy somewhere. It's actually really good cold, kinda like an appetizer. I only do this occasionally, cuz I prefer it straight. But it's a nice change

i've been very bad today... chili cheese fries for lunch

After work I stopped at a local church, who has been serving "fish fries for Lent. I got a piece of fish, green beans, macaroni & cheese, coleslaw,a roll, desert, and a beverage, and just all for $7.50!!!!
