Yeah but it's easier to let him stay. That way he's got the kitties for company and all his familiar things around. His pals live nearby and he can walk to work. If he can't make rent Dad can cut him a deal.
Also, if I stay he'll feel like he can come and go as he pleases. I do not want this.
