toasty mcroasty

i'm done with this heat.

today it is 96 degrees.

friend i tell you that's hot.

it thunderstormed last night, got some good cracks of thunder in.

it rained almost an inch, which is about 1/5th of what we need.

one would think, after such a storm, it'd cool down, at least be in the 80s.

but no.

this is basically a week with 90+ actual temps and 100+ heat indexes.

warm, but not humid here.

Quite enjoyable, actually.

Had a friend call me at midnight to tell me about the heat.

I guess it is making Minnesotans do looney things.

We don't want the Looneys taking over.

We have central air.

Dad drives my old car with no A/C and leaves his nice car with A/C home for me to use.

I am so spoiled.
