we're getting tons of freezing rain right now.....the potential for power outages is rising........

I hate power outages - after one of the many severe/tornado inducing storms this summer I was without power for 3 days

i know how that is. when hurricane isabel hit here we were out for 2 days but on average people were out for 2 weeks.
