The apocalypse is upon us...

I heard a song on the radio that I thought was catchy. I didn't know what it was called or who it was by. But I couldn't get it out of my head. Fast forward a few weeks, and suddenly I heard the song at the end of Late Night With Conan O'Brien(I think it was Conan). And it was Good Charlotte. "Dance Floor Anthem" by Good Charlotte.

So, in summary, I like a Good Charlotte song.

The apocalypse is imminent.

I'm really scared guys.

This is why you should never listen to the radio.

Get "Heroes" stuck in your head. It will make things better.

Their lyrics provide so much insight and wisdom:

Shake it once, that's fine
Shake it twice, that's OK
Shake it three times, you're playing with yourself again!

Well, doesn't Bob Dylan look like a hack now?

And, it doesn't hurt to do something absolutely outrageous. When the time is right, you'll know what to do.

He's saying that Good Charlotte's lyrical greatness eclipses Bob Dylan's, thus making him look inferior and hack-esque.

I believe there was some sarcasm in there as well, but I can't be sure.

I can see attacking Dylan's voice or overall folk sound, but don't even touch the lyrics. Please tell me you were being sarcastic, Axver, and not just a bitter proggie.

I thought the sarcasm was plain as day.
