viva, so your dad is an even bigger fan?

sami, maybe you could just email the file to me then? I don't know if your email client allows large attachments.

btw, you dont have to if you don't have the time right now.

I've definitely surpassed him, but he loves them sooooo much. It's awesome, I get to be a total U2 geek with him

My start is a little more worthy than yours. It all started on a whim really, I picked up a copy of Achtung Baby at a library that I used to go to (Back in the day where I use to GO to libraries) in May of 1998....I don't remember listening to them at first....but I do remember bringing the booklet to my Jr. Hight School Graduation dance But I do have a diary entry in June of 1998 stating my love of U2 at that time.....and since then....I've been a fan ever since.

My parents understand my love of U2....and even will remind me of upcoming U2 events and buy me mags with U2 on the cover.

My thinking is somewhat the same as your Dad's

I'd probably use a different word instead of 'fake' though... I don't think i'd go quite that far.

It's like I always say to people - i'm a fan of U2 as a band. Not Bono.

^^^I became a fan right after the Elevation tour I was only ten though, so I don't think my parents would have let me go, they had a hard time letting me go this time around-even though I'm fourteen now!
