My boss is out sick again today

Another easy day, the boss is out again, sick day #3.

I help a friend today who recently lost her husband to cancer.

The sun was bright today and everyone seemed to be in a good mood.

The weather was beautiful, I had the day off, I finally got another perm AND.... my renewed license picture isn't hideous!

I stopped and got a Texas size Chicken Fried Chicken dinner (as a reward for an argument with a friend )

One of my very best friends just went into labor---her first child, having a girl!!!!!!

I was sad to hear about U2's postponing the last of their tour, but glad my travel companions and I all unanimously agreed to go with the flow and re-schedule the trip to when U2 re-schedules the date, and we will have time to save more money and have maybe a week in Hawaii!

I only have to work half a day.

Got good news about an interview process and made plans to move my dad tomorrow!

Sun is shining and it feels warmer than it actually is.

It has stopped snowing, and it looks like it's getting warmer! I love the snow, but it makes driving treacherous, and my road never gets cleared. I was looking forward to a snowy walk tonight, but it will probably all be melted by then.

I've got chicken udon again for lunch! There's a tiny Japanese restaurant right near my office that makes awesome food, and I'm looking forward to this.

It's Friday! I'm off work in about 2 1/2 hours!

I'm making an incredible looking pasta for dinner that I saw on Oprah last week. Got a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge, and it's gonna be a nice and quiet evening at home.
