well GA changed the laws and raised the content limit a few years ago to around 12%. What is the content in Canadian beer?

your BEER has 12% alc.?? for real?

i remember reading somewhere that in the u.s. it's measured by weight, whereas in canada it's measured by volume, so it h'actually winds up about the same.

12% sounds like an awful lot though. maybe i need to come down there.

yeah the state raised it and it was a big deal here. well for those who give a damn. either way when they raised it, it didn't really matter to me because i stopped drinking.

well maybe not 12%. lol I asked my friend and he tossed that number out. What does he know. It looks like it is 6%

it's about the same here.

the one i like, sleeman's honey brown, is 5.2%

you can get beer here, carling black label i think, that's 10%

slightly. plus it had that burned chocolate taste that a lot of really dark brews have. i wasn't a fan. it's hactually from a local brewery. zoney is probably familiar with troegs by now.
