Creed's character is written perfectly, IMO. He's not spread thin, and his appearances are always funny, despite their brevity.

I tend to agree, though Michael-Dwight is the clear backbone, IMO.

Lauren Graham would be a great fit into the Office universe IMO, but whether or not she's a necessary character is a different story altogether.
