I've been on a pretty mad Richard (pun unintended) Ashcroft downloading spree today. The stuff I've got are acoustic versions of Verve tracks and his own solo stuff, and the solo stuff is fairly different from the Verve's work. I really like what I've heard so far.

So yeah, Richard appreciation thrad.

i've got the "human conditions" album, picked up an extra copy at the radio station cos no one wanted it, but i still have yet to listen to it

i used to hate "bitersweet symphony", which is still sadly enough the only song i kow associated with him...and i get the verve mixed up with the verve pipe.

you know what? i'll go back to my room later (at the library now) and listen to the cd, and if i like it, then i'll join you in the appreciation.
