I know only some songs of his. I like him but can't get into his slow sad stuff much.


For instance, I love that song where he goes 'and I never picked cotton... like my father did and my...', don't know the name of the song. And I love his One cover!

But I don't like his 'In My Life' cover. Too depressing.

Joaquin Phoenix does the singing and it's unbelieveable. He nailed it

Cash' his songwriting is really good in my opinion
