I'm feeling Mexican because I had baked ziti for dinner!! But either are fine...I'm sure there will be a stop at a Chipotle at some point during the weekend!

I just talked to my mom on the phone for 47 minutes and 57 seconds Good thing I decided to get a real phone and now just use my cell phone!

ok one of you said mexican and the other said italian Maybe I'll do the italian so I can buy a bottle of EVOO!!!!

Rachel Rays stuffed shells. She made them on a show a few weeks ago and they looked so good And I can make them in 30 minutes! I looked at the recipe and it looks easy enough.

I can do meatless...no problem there. The stuffed shells sounds good and i have to say as much as Rachel Ray bugs me most of her stuff sounds good.
