There is no smilie to represent my day. I my Chef It's sooooooo nice to come to school to see her again instead of that I had last term. I got an A in my plated dessert class so I'm happy with that but I'm so glad to have someone else now. So get this....we're supposed to fill out surveys at the end of each term. My Chef last term "forgot" to give us the link for her survey despite several students asking her for one. I asked my Chef today if she could get the link and she said it expires after the weekend. How convenient I think she "forgot" so no one could complain about her.

The weekend at disney was fun, but I started to feel like I was coming down with something on Saturday. Today, it has turned into the full blown crud, so it's off to the doctor. Hopefully, he can give me something good because this weekend is Atlanta .

It's not a good feeling when the doctor looks at your throat and goes, "Hmm, interesting "

I am trying to psych myself up to go to work.
Nothing like having vacuums fall on vacuums fall on cyclone remote control cars, fall on navigation systems fall on you
As this was happening in my mind I am saying a silent prayer, "PLease no broken bones, please no broken bones."
That was just the tip of the iceberg yesterday.

My schedule so far this week:
Sun: Work 9 am - 5 pm
Monday morning: Work 3 to 11
Monday evening: Meet friends downtown at 5:30 to see Modest Mouse at 7
Tuesday morning: Work 4 to noon
Tuesday evening: Meet friends downtown at 5:30 pm to go to Pacers/Celtics game.

I think I have earned the pajama day I am giving myself until 5:30, when it's time to go skating.

ok so the hotel in AZ that's my absolute top of the top choice to work for has a job posting up for a pastry cook! A pastry cook is a nice way of saying assistant I guess. I won't be a "chef" until I get a few years under me. They have an ad on their website asking for someone with at least 1 year experience, but not required. Now all I have to do is pick up the damn phone and call. The pay range, even at the top of the range, is really bad but it'll due for a while. Anyone want to call and pretend to be me? :scared:

I get that all the time! I have big tonsils and lots of scars in my ears from the countless infections I had as a kid. My allergist, someone I've seen for at least 10 years, still makes all sorts of comments when he checks me out.

do you have anything wrong or just a little bug?

I'm avoiding wandering around school right now. My Chef that I didn't like has my kitchen for her afternoon class. She was in there when I got to school. She gave me an evil look. right back at ya! No love lost there with her and my class. The last 2 nights without her have been heaven.

Just a nasty bug, thank goodness. I felt like total crap yesterday and today but I think the antibiotics are kicking in this evening.

I just hope my sister doesn't get it as she's going with me and she spent the weekend at disney with me when I first came down with it.

There's a Ghosthunters clip show on

You jest! The stock team fix things?
Nope they actually have crammed more in. It is quite amazing in a scary kind of way.
All it took was me bumping into something and that something falling into something else and so on and so forth. It was like dominos.
