photoshop (help)

where can i download a good photoshop program (free)

i need to mix pictures with other pictures and backgrounds!
any one! i need to make banners and what not!! HELP

As rudimentary as it is... I find I use it a lot for medium level graphic design imaging. Mainly because it is simple and its instruction manual does not have multiple volumes that inevitably obligate you to call support.
