1. Stupid Dream - Porcupine Tree
2. The Prettiest Star - David Bowie
3. 9-9 - R.E.M.
4. I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For (Live - RAH) - U2
5. Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic - The Police
6. The Sky Moves Sideways (Alternate Version) - Porcupine Tree

Yes, two Porcupine Tree tracks, and their track lengths: 0:28 and 34:34.

Oh my God, Shuffle hates me.

Ah, I'm finally caught up. Glad to see you enjoyed the Stones and Beatles albums, Pfan.

Isn't "Gimme Shelter" one of the best songs ever? I know it's subjective, but fuck, it's a flat-out brilliant song and fun to do on Rock Band.

aww Pfan :lmao:

And elMel I'm on it

Blinded by the Light ~ Bruce Springsteen :)shifty: I prefer the Manfred Mann version :uhoh: )

Fucking love that that song wasn't even a single!

It's a top ten-ner for me that's for sure

Yes, true fact. That was great.

That and Love in Vain were an awesome start to Let It Bleed.

I grew up listening to Paul's solo work and his work with Wings, but I'm growing to appreciate George and John's solo material a hell of a lot more.

Ringo has "Photograph," so that's nice.

9. Fitter Happier - Radiohead
10. Tryin' to Throw Your Arms Around the World - U2

I skipped out of The Sky Moves Sideways a while ago, by the way.

Another cracking tune.

I can't remember what "You Got the Silver" sounds like... doesn't look like I have it on iTunes. Torrent binge will commence shortly.

"Imagine" Fucking love that album.

PoP is the best in my book. U2 at their most visionary, and while the album is much maligned by many fans and critics alike and the band itself, it's 60minutes f sheer gobsmacking excitement and cracking individual tunes.

October I find to be a gloriously cohesive record both lyrically and sonically.

Rattle & Hum is U2's worst album I reckon. The decent songs (Heartland, Angel, Desire) are undermined by some of U2's poorest recordings (God Part 2, Love Rescue Me), and while it should be viewed primarily as a movie soundtrack, the whole part-live, part-studio, part-covers is something I find difficult to listen to.

Cracked me up on numerous levels.

"Imagine" is a beautiful tune, but I'd rank "Instant Karma," "Mind Games," and the terribly underappreciated "Mother" ahead of it on the Enjoyment Scale.
I concur. Also with LMel's inclusion of Jealous Guy.

My fave George solo album is a bit untraditional. It's Cloud 9.

All Things Must Pass cut to a single album would be literally the best thing ever.
I must buy that one.

I must also vacate my chair, for it is quitting time.

 Bye, all. It's been surreal.

I can't bring myself to listen to any Beatles solo albums till I've given their discography a good listening.
