Hey all!
Good result for us yesterday, after Chelsea won again. Only saw the own goal so far...anyone tell me what Rooney's goal was like?

Didnt see Manchester derby yesterday. Have heard Rooneys goal got a deflection off Dunne, who then scored an own goal 7 minutes later!

Arsenal at home to Palace tonight - prediction - 3-1!

Good to see Rooney get booked (again!) yesterday alongside Keane. Are they having a competition to see who picks up most bookings this season!!?

Looks that way! And Keano is the one who is trying to curb Wayne's temper!

that's sad in more ways then i can mention.

only saw bits of the derby on saunday. my roomie was watching corrie st and i could only check the score during comericals. one comerical it was 0 - 0 and next time i checked it was 2 - 0. i stopped checking after that.

and can you believe the sheer stupidlity of beattie? i am thankfully for it but still baffled.

Its not often you get to see someone headbutt another player while he is running away. In the back of the head ... very strange!

Where are you living Sweet Tart? If it helps, I can find out all the plots for you for next three months so that you can then watch the football in peace, knowing you havent missed anything in Corrie...

Hey Miss Velvet, Coronation Street is a bit of an istitution here in the UK. Its been running since.. I think 1962 or something like that. Set in Manchester in the grim north - very working class!

i just started really following it recently cause of my roomie and what i find unusual is that there is very rarely a scene that at least one person doesn't have a drink in their hand.

my mom used to watch it when i lived at home but i never really got into it until now.

sorry about sidetracking the football thread into a corrie st thread.
