I wouldn't know. I have some of the biggest love handles ever. My lower body is in excellent shape. My legs are more toned than many ballet dancers I know through my fiance. It's my upper body that needs work.

I'm like this too. I have rather toned arms and legs. Massive arse.

Standing and playing a lot? I don't know. You just don't usually see guitarists with pudgy arms and legs.

Actually, guitar has nothing to do with my physique. Contrary to popular opinion, I only play guitar about 2 hours a week. I'm just so good I don't need to play any more than that to serve my purposes.
