Did anyone see David Gilmour on Jay Leno on Thursday night. I only caught the last 30 seconds I spied Graham Nash and David Crosby singing backup

Pretty great sound....also a "Wish You Were Here" performance that didn't make the show.

I had friends here in the U.S. that went. For the most part, they really enjoyed it

This is just like a setlist party, people who weren't even there commenting on how boring it must have been.

For the show I attended, I think it can safely be said that not one audience member was nodding off.

I was completely mesmerized, I can't imagine anyone at the show finding it boring. I like that with Gilmour, the music speaks for itself, he doesn't need bells and whistles. Just my humble opinion of course.

That's exactly how it was for me. The man is a guitar god, and an amazing vocalist. The new material on cd far surpassed my expectations, and live, was even better. He's performing with some of the best musicians in the world. He doesn't need a schtick to hold my interest, the music is engaging enough for me.

Not sure if this has been posted before, but I ran into it after clicking a Pearl Jam link. Great sound in the performances...all that's missing is Roger Waters
