It's actually in two files, 610 and 628 MB. I'd say they're both still a bit too big to send that way. What I had in mind, was to split it up song-by-song, upload and e-mail the links. That's how I did it with GaleonGirl anyway.
Once you have them all, you can use a file joiner (Windows Movie Maker works for this, or something else) and put the pieces back together.
