Aww, thanks everybody! I turned 27 on the 27th, so I guess it's some sort of a milestone. :huh:

It was a decent day although marred by a phone call from my boyfriend's family in Africa giving us the news that his grandmother had passed away. :( Thankfully, he had spoken to her only last week on the phone.

Last night as I was mulling over the last few years of my life, I realized that this is the first birthday I've had in the States since I turned 22. 23 was in Switzerland, 24, 25, 26 in Mali. Funny how life is. Who knows where I'll be five years from now.

Anyways, I couldn't wish for a bettery virtual family than I have here at interference. :hug:
