A really good friend of mine had to be mentally assessed. They found that he has all sorts of weird psycho stuff going on in his head. If he had a lower IQ they would have locked him away. The only thing that saved him is that he's smart enough to recognise the consequences of his actions and therefore doesn't act on his impulses. . . . . .
