I was thinking of an early night, but now I'm not feeling obscenely tired any more, so I'll probably stay around for a while. Probably working on my Desert Island playlist or something, who knows. Maybe I should make another anagram cover thingamajig.

Good idea, I was thinking the same. Also, I'm finally going to get around to changing my avatar tonight. What a great task this has been.

The only good reason to come to SA? Now, I wouldn't say that, we've got... we've got... uh... we got this...

FUCK

You're right.

I do hope your new avatar involves drunk Bono in some manner.

Actually, you've some trains I want to see. The Adelaide suburban units look a bit unusual.

Plus I want to see a city where tumbleweed bounces down the main street at 7pm on a Friday night.

You do? I think Philadelphia's like that.

Actually, come to think of it, the Adelaide nightlife is much less interesting than I had hoped it to be. Hindley St. is often fairly clear even on Friday and Saturday, and that's considered the heart of the nightlife area. Another reason why I want to get out of here - I'm sick of going to the same places all the time.

I think my current one already does, but in any case, yeah - that was my plan.

Actually, I really don't like being around Melbourne or any city at night. I'm just not a nightlife kind of person, especially when I'm by myself. I always feel terribly uncomfortable. Coming home through the city from concerts at midnight sucks. Especially because I always seem to miss my tram by about 3 minutes and have a 17 minute wait on an uncomfortably dark street for another.

I've been meaning to ask - where's your current one from? (Edit: make that the old one. Way to update while I'm typing!)

And yeah, keep the theme of drunk Bono going.

Grammy awards 1988, I believe. I don't have the original picture here, but it was a pretty good shoot.
