Well, I skimmed through all those reviews and now I want my time back. I could have gotten those opinions, possibly with near-identical wording, from talking to Ax for ten minutes. In fact, I have!

Sorry about that, Bonnie. :lmao:

Great. This III download skips Celebration Day. I can't handle listening to an album that's missing a song.

I have a couple albums missing tracks. III is missing Celebration Day, and Lodger lacks African Night Flight.

Well, I'm not listening to III till I get that track, so better find something else.

Today:

The Who - Quadrophenia
Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin III

Nice. Don't expect to be as immediately thrilled with these as, say, Who's Next and Led Zeppelin IV; III is generally considered to be the weakest album of Zep's classic period and Quadrophenia is, well, a rock opera. You're into that or you're not. But I highly recommend both.

That meeting I had to sit through this morning is pissing me off even more now because I really wish I had the time beforehand to download. I was looking forward to the last three playlists. Now I'll have to hold off on those until Monday with the busy weekend ahead.

I should listen to something, though. :hmm:

I need to go to sleep earlier, shee-it. Woke up about 15 minutes ago.

Summer ftw.

Perhaps YLB should be Young Lazy Bastard.

That's incredibly apt.

But I did catch up and read the section with 'Ver's user rankings... there's really not much I can say other than that he is wrong, but I still see the good in him. Someday you all will realize it.

Perhaps I should try the shuffle on the iPod to keep the thread motoring along here, since I have no playlists.

I usually hate the shuffle, and with over 8,700 songs currently on the thing, this could get embarrassing.

If it does, I'll stop.

First up:

Supertramp - Dreamer (not a bad start)

I doubt he will, but the ratings were humorous just the same.

This is true. I don't mind that he has different tastes, diff'rent strokes rule the world, as the song says.

Now insults thrown back and forth are funnier, I think.
