Something like that, anyway. Even though for the most part choosing songs from this album is like picking my favorite children.

But, for this round at least, I'm going with the ethereal and majestic New Career in a New Town. Most likely my favorite Bowie instrumental and probably one of my favorite instrumentals of all time, despite its concise nature.

New Career In A New Town. It might be my favorite Bowie song.

By the way, I love your avatar XHendrix. Da Moon Rulz.

wow, very surprised but extremely happy at the love for A New Career in a New Town. It's a fantastic song, one of my favourite instrumentals ever, and a title that perfectly matches the music.

1. A New Career in a New Town
2. Subterraneans
3. Speed of Life
4. Always Crashing in the Same Car
5. What in the World
6. Be My Wife
7. Sound and Vision
8. Breaking Glass

Tier two
9. Warszawa
10. Weeping Wall
11. Art Decade

Those first eight are all interchangable. Brilliant album.

Another album to review gonna enjoy doing that one.

I've just never been able to get into Warszawa, Art Decade or Weeping Wall though.

Agree with this entirely, except I'd also probably include Warszawa in the first tier. The last two, while not terrible by any standard, just don't quite match up to the standard set by the rest of the album.

Thanks to Screwtape for the avatar compliment, too. Da moon certainly does rule.

Always Crashing In The Same Car.

But by the looks of things, I'm going to bloody struggle to get my #2, Warszawa, into the six that go through.
