Seriously, same here. It's always either pasta, two minute noodles, something basic with bread or take-away for me.

Once I ate a bag of spinach.

My rotational meals:
- Sausage and onions in bread
- Gnocchi napoli (formerly spaghetti bolognese)
- Pizza
- Chicken fillets and dinner rolls
- Tacos/enchiladas

Before each semester, I make a large batch of lasagne and freeze servings of it. That generally provides me with about 6-10 meals, which I keep for nights when I get home later than usual.

I need some more relatively quick meals to make, because I end up at points like now where cooking just seems boring but I don't want to put in effort.

Man, I'm disappointed RickFly didn't even address my post. It wasn't intended as a slam. It just seems to be that this guy is constantly making mixes but needs suggestions each time, like he couldn't possibly have his own personal favourites from the hundreds of mixes he's compiled with the forum's help over the last six years.
