Ahh, I remember MTV's debut.
It was such a great thing then (and such crap now)

Early video (big budget, like $500) that got heavy rotation before being banned:



It was kind of the precursor theme wise to this one:



This one by some young Irish quartet also got a lot of heavy rotation in MTV's early days:


And of course the video that changed the rules for "Dial MTV" (which later became TRL)
