Walking Man Art

Does anyone know the name of the artist who did the walking man backdrop from the Vertigo tour - during SYCMIOYO?

Recently when I was in Dublin, I saw four of these panels along O'Connell St. They were brilliant! --Two walking men, one dressed up, one in sports clothing and two walking women dressed in the same manner as the men.

the artist is Julian Opie.. if you google him ,you will find great information on him. At the time of the Vertigo Tour in NY .. He had a great installation at City Hall. Check it out.
