All you have to do is wake up before they go on sale that day. Go on Livenation's website. Have a credit card with you. Buy the ticket.
If you can't wait around in teh general admission line get a seat, if you can then get general admission if you think you can handle it. Its not as easy as you think.

GA is insane, at least for that shows I've been to...but none were ever quite as big as U2...so this is all new to me!
