Question about Adam on Elevation Tour...

Just something I noticed when watching Rattle and Hum, followed by Live @ Slane last night.
During some of the songs on R+H, Adam is running around, twisting and turning about the place, as if it was his first, or even last gig ever!
But for the majority of the show at Slane, and indeed, Boston, he was firmly rooted to one place, without a lot of movement around the stage.

Is it just a case of him maturing and not seeking so much attention or something, or do you think he ever gets a little bored mid-way through a tour these days?

meh. but on vertigo (watch carefully) hes moving round like theres ants in his pants.

Adam said...during POPMART I believe...or just before...its just him maturing, and concentrating more on the music then feeling like he has to have a bundle of energy to "display" the songs.

I always chuckle at concerts how rooted he is to his spot, like somone cemented his shoes!

...but yeeah you'll see glimpses of "old" Adam...like SNL on the Promo of ATCLB...he was all over the place! so he's still prone to "get down"...lol

He gets down on the Vertigo video and I think on the Slane version of Mysterious Ways.

Rattle and Hum is nothing, if you want to see Adam get down, if you can find it, watch the Red Rocks video!

He barely stands still, moves around, spins, dodges to avoid being hit by a girl Bono's swinging around during 11 o clock tick tock.
