it's just a tad too humid, but pretty good really.
it's gonna be rainy on & off....tomorrow...but the temps will go back into the mid 70's. hopefully stay at those temps or upper 70's- but then dry again!

LOTS of roses out in all who planted them in their gaRDENS around the blocks some small apartment buildings and Lots of brownstones!

Dazzy! It's been AGES since we last bumped into eachother here on the wide world of blue crack. How are you doing these days?
It as hot in NY as it is up here?

And yes, you suspected correctly. My dad lost his job a few weeks ago. And so far hasn't had much luck finding a new one.
But I just keep my fingers crossed and try to enjoy all the extra time he's around.

How is your mom? I remember waaaay back she was having some sort of problem..pains in her back?

I'm sorry, Bri.

But I AM glad you can enjoy him being around!

Mom is doing well! She had right arm/shoulder pains which DID turn out to be shoulder dislocation and w atrophied rotor-cuff muscles so they could not repaIR IT.

She does [with therapy] maintained use of her hand and lower arm thank GOODNESS. after 1/2 year she was moved to a higher level of care pavillion which VERY much upset her.
But she's learned to use a motorized wheel-chair!
So she can go around the whole place....even outside to the lovely grounds in back over looking the Hudson River.

THIS way she can get off floor when dhe feels she's "stuck" with people who have TOO many physical [and sometimes emotional or encroaching senility conditions/prolbems]!
SO I'm very happy she' feels more in control again!

Yeah it's towards the hot weather side, bhut we're now going back to mid/upper 70's weather! hope fuly the rainwill taper off and we'l be left with some Low humidty days.

In fact we've ACTAUALLY had quite a lovely Spr8ing...one were it's stayed into Spring weather and not just got hot & muggy too soon for whole stretches.

Sorry to hear about your dad losing his job, Bri... I hope he finds work soon, but it's good you get to spend time with him in the mean time

And glad your mum is doing well now, Dazz!
