he was cited for that; I don't think it would otherwise be an arrestable offense. but the whole thing is up. Two men, both getting older, both with medical conditions and important jobs... shouldn't they have been, oh, I don't know, trying to make the world a better place rather than shooting at small, helpless animals?

I have so many issues with the whole situation I couldn't even begin to list them all.
