That really sucks! Try lookin g on the apple website to see if theres something you can do yourself! mine has stopped working a few times and i pressed a few buttons on the ipod and it starts again! but i can't remember whatit was i did

which laptop have you got when i go to TO i might get an Apple laptop , im fed up of windows , but it depends on prices
