i use QuickTime Player to watch the videos. You can pause the videos and copy. I hit the "print Scrn" button on my computer and than transfer them to MSPaint.

If it asks you if you want to download additional software to use the copy thing in quicktime, say no, print screen gives you better resolution and it won't work if you download it.
