They are from I Will Follow. They were on a Dutch program in 1982, that's all I know. As far as the TFI A Grand Madness stills go, I deleted that video some time ago. All I have are the stills.

I see it now, that would have been Veronica, the program was called Countdown.
I don't know if that station still exists, I believe so but it is now on a commercial station I think. Way back then it was on dutch noational tv, we could watch it here in Belgium too.
