Vancouver presale?

I just checked the presale list on ticketmaster's website and I don't see Vancouver, BC anywhere on the list. Am I going to be able to pre order tickets for Vancouver's show or what?

Yes, Vancouver, Seattle and Phoenix are the ONLY NA cities left that have yet to list a presale date.

They'll list them, but long after this first set of presales is under way. Then you are really limited IF you can't get what you want.
