Behind Stage View?

Can someone provide me with some info on the view/experience from seats behind the stage. My friend is about to pounce on some tix on Ebay, but was uncertain about the quality of the show from behind. The tix are in section 217 (upper deck). Any input is surely appreciated. Thanks!

I was behind the stage at Vegas2 more on Edge's side and I would recommend the seats...it is a very different view but the entire band acknowledges those in seats behind the stage and you can see the bulb curtains and there is a big monitor for those to view.....look at the pics, there are tons here and on other sites. I'd say go for it. Actually just being in the house anywhere is a good seat! Good luck!

I had an amazing time when I was behind stage, second to last row, at the boston May 28th show. I mean, c'mon, it's U2! You'll have a great experience no matter where you sit.

I sat behind the stage on Adam's side and it was great!!

I thought the view was pretty good. You'll be able to see the light show better, being up off the floor.
