It's quite simple really. There's only about 10 markets where U2 could fill or sellout Stadiums in North America at an average of $100 - which is the basic average price for the North American legs this year.

I think a tour like this would rock someday. This is all make believe, but get the idea, it rocks. Different production crews for different venues to make things easiers..

13-32 -- New York, NY -- Madison Square Garden
13-33 -- New York, NY -- Madison Square Garden
13-35 -- East Rutherford, NJ -- Giants Stadium
13-38 -- Boston, MA -- Fleet Center
13-39 -- Boston, MA -- Fleet Center
13-41 -- Foxboro, MA -- Gillette Stadium
13-43 -- Montreal, QC -- Bell Centre
13-44 -- Montreal, QC -- Olympic Stadium
13-46 -- Toronto, ON -- Air Canada Centre
13-47 -- Toronto, ON -- Skydome
13-50 -- Detroit, MI -- Palace of Auburn Hills
13-51 -- Detroit, MI -- Silverdome
13-53 -- Chicago, IL -- United Center
13-54 -- Chicago, IL -- United Center
13-56 -- Chicago, IL -- Soldier Field

Different setlist designs for different venues too.... Also, maybe throw in some small town theatres like Portland's State Theatre in Maine.
