1. I think I saw Bono lipsynch during Miracle Drug in Dallas
2. I was the guy in Houston with the ME+STAY=CROWD GOES WILD sign, that got on stage to play guitar with The Edge.
3. I think recording the first show in Hartford for the DVD was too early.
4. Does anybody know what song was played as U2 took the stage?

The gigs were at an uninhabited 100,000 acre Outback desert plain south of Alice Springs.

No, in order to make it up to the Australians for all the grief caused by postponed shows and substitute bassists over the years, they built a landing strip and chartered the entire Qantas fleet, flying the fans in for the shows from every major Australian city. Took four hours each way to get them in and out, but the fans didn't mind the wait as it was all included in the price of their $40 ticket.
