Wrong timestamp on posts

Hello,

I noticed that the time is now incorrect on the posts on this forum. It's 1 hour off (i.e. the correct time here is 12:20 PM while the forum says it's 11:20 AM). Yes, I do have the correct timezone. It's just that daylight savings time has started last night.
Is there any way this can be corrected?

But then the timezones aren't correct anymore. I'm on CET, not whatever West-Russian exotic zone it may be.

The server is located in New York, the internal clock is on NY time and the Eastern Time Zone (US).
