WWE held their Survivor Series PPV last night.

Here are some highlights:

Kane and the Undertaker defeated Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper in a tag match. The PPV was a celebration of the Undertaker's 25 years in WWE.

WWE Divas Champion Charlotte retained her title against Paige.

The WWE World Heavyweight Championship tournament continued. It was Dean Ambrose versus Roman Reigns in the Finals. Reigns defeated Ambrose to become the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion!

But then...

Sheamus made his way to the ring and cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase. After 3 Brogue kicks, he pinned Reigns and is now the WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

Oh boy. :|

Sunday night, WWE held their TLC PPV where the Main Event was Roman Reigns vs Sheamus for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Despite his best efforts and thanks to some outside interference, Reigns came up short and Sheamus retained the title. After the match, Reigns finally snapped and took out his anger on Triple H, who had to be taken out on a stretcher.

Fast forward, to tonight's Monday Night Raw. Stephanie McMahon confronts Reigns about his actions and slaps him several times in the face. Then she tells Reigns that her father, Vince McMahon, will be showing up tonight to personally deal with him. McMahon arrives, sends Stephanie home, and confronts Reigns. Before he can fire him, Sheamus shows up and challenges Reigns to a match and says he'll put the title on the line. McMahon eventually allows the match to take place, but if Reigns loses, he'll be fired.

Later that night, the match takes place. McMahon is at ringside. After a number of near falls, Reigns hits the Superman Punch and goes for the cover, but McMahon pulls the ref out of the ring after a 2 count. The match continues. Sheamus hits a Brogue kick, but Reigns kicks out at 2. Sheamus rolls Reigns out of the ring while the ref is occupied with McMahon. Rusev and Alberto Del Rio come down to attack Reigns, but he thwarts their attacks and gets back inside the ring. McMahon is distracting the ref up on the ring apron when Reigns nails McMahon with a Superman Punch and knocks him senseless on the ring apron. Sheamus tries to sneak up on Reigns, but Roman levels him with a spear and goes for the cover. The ref counts to 3 and Roman Reigns is the NEW WWE World Heavyweight Champion!

Big blow to WWE's WrestleMania plans. John Cena has announced that he will be undergoing rotator cuff surgery and will miss WrestleMania 32. Supposedly, Cena was going to be booked to face The Undertaker. This is the first WrestleMania that Cena will miss since WrestleMania 19.

Last night WWE held their Royal Rumble Event. Here are a few of the highlights:

Former TNA Champion, AJ Styles, made his WWE debut by competing in the Royal Rumble match. He was the third competitor to appear in the match and was eliminated after 28 minutes. Not too shabby for his first time out.

Roman Reigns, the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, was forced to defend his title during the Royal Rumble match. The first time the title was ever defended during a RR match. He was the first one in the ring and was eliminated towards the end of the match which means that a new champion would be declared.

The 30th and final competitor was Triple H. He faced off against Dean Ambrose at the end. Ambrose was eliminated. Triple H is the new champ. It's the 14th time Triple H has won a World Championship in WWE.

Tonight on Raw, WWE celebrated the career of Daniel Bryan. He was forced to retire due to serious medical concerns and tonight was his farewell announcement. I'm definitely sad to see him retire, but it's best for him and his family. In his farewell address, which was in his hometown of Seattle, Washington, he told the fans he was grateful for their support.

God, its' terrible, but I'm just kinda getting used to seeing these guys pass away on us :(.

The sad thing about Chyna was that her life started to unravel the moment that the WWF chose not to re-sign her in late 2001. That's when her long downward spiral began. The WWF was her family.

Yeah, according to a phone interview Jerry conducted from jail, his fiancé was drinking too much and Lawler tried to prevent her from driving. Jerry is saying that he didn't hit her. The King should stick to ladies closer to his age.

Tonight, WWE had their Money in the Bank PPV.

Some highlights:

AJ Styles defeats John Cena (with help from The Bullet Club) in their first ever match.

Dean Ambrose wins the Money in the Bank briefcase.

Seth Rollins defeats WWE Champion Roman Reigns and becomes the new champ.

Dean Ambrose cashes in his briefcase and defeats Rollins to become the new champ!

Wellness policy? Is that like he forgot to take his estrogen blockers when he came off his last cycle?

It's pretty much useless since everybody knows guys like Cena have been juicing since day one.

Well, top guys like Randy Orton, Jeff Hardy, etc, have failed a test and been suspended. If Cena were juicing, he'd be suspended too. Your assumptions are false, Phanny. Cena is the all time leader in wishes for the Make-A-Wish foundation. There's no way he'd jeopardize his reputation by taking substances from WWE's banned list.

The first inductee announced for the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2017 is... Kurt Angle!

Angle hasn't appeared for WWE in over a decade so it's cool to see him return.

RIP Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka. The Superfly was my first favorite wrestler. Unfortunately, he'll be forever linked to Nancy Argentino's death.

RIP George "The Animal" Steele.

I was a big fan of George's during the 1980's. Another star of that era gone.

RIP Nicole Bass

The latest inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame is Ravishing Rick Rude! Rude joins Teddy Long, Beth Phoenix, The Rock 'n' Roll Express, Diamond Dallas Page, and Kurt Angle for the 2017 class.

Last night, WWE held their Fastlane PPV. In the Main Event, Goldberg defeated Kevin Owens to become the new WWE Universal Champion (Raw). Owens was distracted when Chris Jericho's entrance music was played at the start of his match with Goldberg. Can't do that with him. A spear and Jackhammer later and Goldberg is the new champ. Good Lord. :|

Sad news:

Jan Ross, the wife of WWE Hall of Fame announcer, Jim Ross, has passed away from injuries she sustained from an accident on her Vespa.

Last night was WrestleMania 33. Here are some highlights:

AJ Styles defeated Shane McMahon

Seth Rollins defeated Triple H

John Cena/Nikki Bella defeated Miz/Maryse. After the match Cena ( who swore he'd never marry again) proposed to Nikki.

Brock Lesnar defeated Goldberg to become the new WWE Universal Champion

Randy Orton defeated Bray Wyatt to become the new WWE Champion

Roman Reigns became only the 2nd person to defeat The Undertaker at WrestleMania. After the match, Undertaker removed his gloves, coat, and hat. He then laid them down in the middle of the ring and walked away. The Undertaker, after spending 27 years with WWE, has retired from pro wrestling. No amount of hyperbole could do the Undertaker justice. Easily the greatest gimmick that Vince McMahon (or anyone else) could have created. One of the greatest wrestlers of all time. There will never be another performer like Undertaker. Possibly the only wrestler to have the respect of every single wrestler alive today.

I would be remiss if I didn't mention that 16 time World Heavyweight Champion, "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair was recently hospitalized for a medical situation which led to his kidneys shutting down. His condition has improved, but he is far from out of the woods and remains in critical condition. Flair is 67. Love him or hate him, nobody did it like The Nature Boy.

Not much of a wrestling fan, but I did read an article about this . Not old, I think a lot of these guys use body building drugs that take a toll.

Flair has a long history of heavy drinking and his organs are finally giving out because of it. It has nothing to do with steroids.

RIP Bobby "The Brain" Heenan.

Bobby was easily one of the most entertaining personalities in pro wrestling history. When he was with the WWF and paired with Gorilla Monsoon at the announce table, their chemistry was unmatched. Plus, also the greatest manager in the industry. There will never be another like The Brain.

This past week has been a busy one in WWE. First there was the Hall of Fame ceremony. Hillbilly Jim, Ivory, Kid Rock (celebrity "wing"), Dudley Boyz, Jeff Jarrett, and Goldberg were this year's inductees. Then onto WrestleMania. Here are a few highlights:

Brock Lesnar retained his WWE Universal Championship against Roman Reigns.

AJ Styles retained his WWE Championship against Shinske Nakamura.

The Undertaker (who apparently never retired, lol) returned and destroyed John Cena in a squash match.

Ronda Rousey/Kurt Angle defeated Stephanie McMahon and Triple H in a mixed tag match.

Daniel Bryan/Shane McMahon defeated Sami Zayn/Kevin Owens in a tag match and as a result Zayn/Owens were "fired".

On Tuesday, HBO premiered the Andre The Giant documentary. Definitely awesome! A tough story.
