I'm going to either the Philly or New Haven show. I could probably afford both, but I don't love the idea of having to drive through NYC to get from Philly to New Haven.

This was such a big surprise. I figured they'd do their Australian tour, then probably take it easy until summer. There are rumors floating around of a Jeff Tweedy solo tour in April and May, too, and I'm hoping Nels will bring his jazz trio east at some point in '08, too, since they've only been playing in California.

I'd kill to be able to go to this, but I can't take that much time off of work in the middle of the semester. I'm definitely heading down to see them in Philly the week after, though. I can't imagine how crazy the setlists will be for this leg because of these Chicago shows.

I won't be able to see that. Damn Chicago for getting special treatment.

LUCKY CHICAGO!!
I saw them 2 times this year and they are easily the best live band around at this moment.
Hopefully they will get a DVD out of these shows (never understood why there is no DVD of kicking Television)

5 day passes for Winter Residency are 175 dollars. Worth every penny too.

The fan presale for the Houston show is tomorrow at 10 am....when I'll be taking my Constitutional Law final. Hopefully the show is GA, otherwise I won't be getting that great of tickets.

Wow, this is pretty amazing. I'm sad I live so far away from Chicago.

I got shut out of the presale for Philly this morning despite being online right at 10, but it sounds like a lot of others did, too. I'll try my luck again on Saturday in the general sale, I guess. From what I've heard the good seats aren't always all sold in the presale, so who knows, I might still get to be eye level with Nels Clines' combat boots.

I sent the info to a friend in Chicago who immediately got the 5-day passes and invited me, too.

The bad news: I just bombed my Consitutional Law final.

The good news: I just got tickets to see Wilco in Houston March 7. Huzzah!

That's bad ass, joyful. You have to go. Go, dammit! For me!

I got a 12th row seat on Nels's side for the Philadelphia show

After the presale the other day, I didn't have my hopes up. I can't believe I pulled up a seat exactly where I was hoping for on the first try. That show is probably sold out by now.

Andy, if you end up going to the Ryman show, we should write dueling Wilco reviews
