"I'm going to make such love to you, you'll forget all about Rudolph Valentino."

The thing that I love most about Burns is that he gives me at least one early twentieth-century reference to look up in each episode.

"Brush with Greatness" is probably among my top five episodes. It is one of the few episodes that treats Marge as a full-fledged, tragic character, and it has a golden cameo from Ringo.

What do y'all think of "The Principal and the Pauper" episode?
I read that it was slated by Harry Shearer and some other cast members.

And what did you do after you left the restaurant?

We drove around until 2:30 looking for another all-you-can-eat seafood restaurant...

And when you couldn't find one?

We went home.

Mrs Simpson, may I remind you you are under oath!

WE WENT FISHING!

The Food Critic episode is one of my all-time favourites.

Yeah, it is a great one, and also boasts one of my favorite lines from the series: "Let's see...what is the English equivalent of [Homer's drooling sound]? I'd say... 'transcendent'."

I have this doll...but, beware, it comes with a terrible curse.

That's bad.

It also comes with a free frozen yogurt, which I call "frogurt."

That's good!

The frogurt is also cursed.

That's bad.

But you get your choice of toppings.

That's good!

The toppings contain potassium benzoate...That's bad.

Can I go now?

How is the "feast of twelve delights with the triple happiness sauce"?

Very disappointing.

Moe: Moe's Tavern.
Bart: Is Mr. Freely there?
Moe: Who?
Bart: Freely, first initials I.P.
Moe: Hold on, I'll check. Uh, is I.P. Freely here? Hey, everybody! I.P. Freely! [the customers laugh] Wait a minute... Listen to me you lousy bum. When I get a hold of you, you're dead. I swear I'm gonna slice your heart in half!
Homer: You'll get that punk someday, Moe.
Moe: I don't know. He's tough to catch. He keeps changing his name

I love Bart's prank calls, but the last line of this one kills me.
