ive put words into sentances
that never seem to fit
they read "ive been trying to take the high road,
without feeling the regret"
these boots walk a heavy step
loaded with a mind never at rest
a feeling of something blue
skyline a bitter pill, reminds me of yesterday and you
flaunt your crazy kitten smile
just keep it away
until your ready to give it back to me
flowers die in the midday sun
a body is lowered to the grave
a poet writes a song without a name
a mother gives birth to a son again
my what a life we live
perhaps in the next one
ill make it right
that never seem to fit

without feeling the regret"
