I joined a gym a few months ago and I have been working really hard. I have lost about 8 inches and I am down one size and heading to the next smaller size.
It has been a real challenge but one I look forward too each week. I feel so much better about myself. My stress level has gone down too and I am sleeping better at night.
I recommend joining a gym to everyone, even if you are already in good shape. It really makes you feel good.
