Interesting how Poland is veering close to religious extremism of their own, and loving it. The strength of the impact of religion there is high and frightening.

this is the terrifying thing for France, as we know the Far Right are going to milk this for all it's worth - they are already campaigning on immigration and against refugees etc., so they are totally going to try their best to exploit people's fears... I just hope the French will stand firm and stick to their principles and not cave to Far-Right scaremongering

the worst thing too, is, a few weeks ago, so many right-wing knobheads were posting tabloid-type photos of refugees and claiming we were letting jihadi into Europe, and there were so many offensive comments online along these lines, and now they will feel vindicated because now it turns out one of the bombers actually did come in thru Greece with Syrian refugees (passport found at the Bataclan), so the whole refugee situation will risk being put into jeopardy as imbeciles will tar them with the same brush

Shooting/Terrorism in Paris

The French are dropping bombs in what is supposed to be IS territory in Syria.

If you look at the timestamp on the actual video, this happened last Tuesday.

When this actually happened is not mentioned anywhere in the link you posted but if you follow the "This article originally appeared in The Independent" link that article (which was posted on Friday before the attacks) gives a date. The website you got this link off of clearly has an agenda publishing this today with no date.

EDIT: It also fails to mention that it was an 80-year old Japanese man who actually pushed the lady.

If we're so scared of a member of ISIS sneaking into the country, perhaps we shouldn't make it so easy to obtain weapons of death.

I'm seeing a lot of those too, plus people saying that no Syrian refugees should be allowed into the country.

It makes me furious that few people are educating themselves about ISIS, what they're really all about, that not all Muslims are terrorists, that the vast majority of the refugees are fleeing ISIS as well, etc. No one wants to educate themselves; they just want to ride off emotion. Ignorance is truly bliss apparently.

Makes me worry about who will be elected next year, not to change the subject, but really...
