I know I'm late to the discussion about the book (but I just got it for my birthday, wife made me wait).
I found it interesting that they discussed all these bands they performed with during the "early" years, but the totally neglected to mention The Alarm, who by the way opened for U2 for more shows than any other band, what's up with that? They definitely had a close relationship at one time. Mike Peters (lead singer of The Alarm) wrote Blaze of Glory about Bono.
Some of us old farts were/are fans of both bands. . . . and I would have been interested in hearing there thoughts. . .
