Unusual U2esque album *need help on info*

I forgot I even bought this!

I picked it up mid 2001 in Austin its a vinyl single of the song Heroine from the movie Captive which The Edge and Sinead O Connor play on but I heard Larry played drums on it?

Anyway from what I remember I picked it up for 7 bucks did I get a good deal? and any other info Id appreciate

For 7 bucks it is a good deal, yes (I think atu2 values it in 15$).

It is a hard to find single (the 12" official LP is easier to find).

And a very good OST, no doubt of it!
