ZOO TV's beginning of "Where The Streets Have No Name"

I've listened to quite a few bootlegs of these shows and I always hear, with the beginning of Streets, a helicopter preparing for take off... is this true? What revelance does this have?

Is it part of Streets "taking you to another place?"

you really need to watch the concert to understand that part, I believe they showed the video for the song on the vidiwall behind the band I think.
Its been a while since a watched zoo tv can someone help me?
